The arrival time is 4pm and the departure time is 11am. You may email a request to arrive at 1pm or depart at 2pm. The fee is $85 for each arrival or departure change. Most requests are granted if made at least 24 hours in advance. If a request has not been made and you depart late, you may be charged for an additional night.

The cancellation policy
At time of booking, an initial charge of 20% is paid. 45 days prior to arrival, the balance is paid. No refunds are given after they have been paid. As a courtesy, a credit for a subsequent stay will be given in the amount of any monies paid so long as notice of cancellation was received at least 31 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Within 30 days prior to arrival, no credits are given. If RR is unable to execute a credit card payments for the initial or subsequent payment, the reservation is subject to cancellation. The credit card serves as a deposit and will be charged for missing items, damage to the unit, or if the unit is left excessively dirty.

We do have monthly rentals with discounts. Please call (714) 914-9397 to inquire on price.

Sorry, smoking is not allowed including on the deck or patio. Pets are not allowed at the complex. We may be able to find 'pet friendly' accommodations at a neighboring complex. Please email us with dates and condo type and mention you are looking for pet friendly accommodations. An additional cleaning fee of $75 or $300 (long-term stays) applies.

Additional Charges
Hawaii State sales and lodging taxes (11.7%) are collected on all rentals except on stays over 30 days. A one time cleaning fee of $125 (Waipouli) or $250 (Kiahuna Home) is charged. By booking online, you receive a discount of $100.

Towels and linens are provided. Most of our guests prefer not to have daily maid service as each condo has a washer & dryer. Towels and linens can be refreshed daily or at your request for a fee of $45 - $85/day. A complete cleaning service is available on request for $130 - $230. Please email a request for these services.

All properties now have free wireless high-speed internet access. The signal is password free. Your computer must have the capability to receive the wireless signal. Please contact support for your computer if you are unsure of its capabilities.

No phone is Included with the condo. We can set up the phone for you. Set up charge is $80 and $30/month. Please email us to obtain a phone.

You are on vacation so let us take care of the cleaning. As long as the condo isn't left excessively dirty we can take care of the rest.
